- QuickBooks USA 2004 Pro or better (2008 for AU, Canadian, NZ, or UK)
- Windows XP, 2003, Vista, 7, 2008
- Microsoft Office 2003 (Excel) or later
- Same machine requirements as QuickBooks®.
