You must provided the interface's technical information such as:
For ODBC:
DataBase's ODBC credentials, system admin access, FTP Access, DSNLess (ODBC) Connection Strings, SQL Select Statement to get COMPLETE orders,
For Web services:
credentials on how to call web services, sample code, sample request/responses, WSDLs, documentation, etc.
Additional cost may be incurred if this information is not available

Additional fees may occur on troubleshooting issues that are problems in your interface.
